Photography
HDR interior and exterior photos, edited and delivered the next day.
Video
A cinematic walkthrough of the home, 1 to 3 minutes, with an optional agent introduction.
Drone
Aerial photos and video that show the lot, the setting and what is nearby. Flown by FAA Part 107 certified pilots.
Twilight
The home photographed at dusk with the lights on, or a virtual twilight edit made from daytime photos.

Every package includes HDR photos. Editorial photos, lit with flash and finished by hand, can be added to any package. Drag across the photo to compare the same room both ways.

How booking works
Most listings are booked online in a few minutes.
Book online
Choose a package in the booking portal, enter the home’s square footage and pick a date. We recommend booking at least 48 hours ahead, and we check the airspace for the drone as soon as you book.

We confirm the appointment and arrange access. On the day, we photograph and film everything in your package.

Delivery
Photos arrive the next day and videos in 2 to 3 days, or 3 to 4 days with the Luxury package, delivered through the client portal.

We photograph listings throughout coastal North County San Diego and Orange County. If your listing is outside these areas, call us and we will tell you whether we can travel to it.

How is pricing calculated?
Each package has a starting price for homes up to 1,999 square feet. The price steps up with the home’s interior square footage, and the booking portal calculates it for you. Orange County listings have their own pricing in the portal.
How soon will I get the photos and video?
Photos are delivered the next day. Listing videos and social reels take 2 to 3 days, or 3 to 4 days with the Luxury package, and floor plans and 3D tours take 1 to 2 business days. We confirm the schedule when you book.
How far ahead should I book?
At least 48 hours ahead gives you the best choice of dates. A drone flight near an airport, or in a city that requires a drone permit, can need more notice, and we check this as soon as you book. If you need something sooner, call us at 760-585-9999.
Can I add services to a package?
Yes. Extra photos, reels, twilight, 3D tours and virtual staging can be added in the booking portal.
How can I use the photos and video?
You receive a license to market the listing with them, including the MLS, websites and social media. If a builder, stager or designer wants to use the images, let us know and we will arrange a license for them.
Do you photograph listings in Orange County?
Yes. We work across San Diego County and Orange County. Choose the Orange County option in the booking portal for an Orange County address.
Are your drone pilots licensed?
Yes. Drone photos and video are flown by FAA Part 107 certified pilots.
Can the drone fly at every address?
At most addresses, yes. We check the airspace as soon as you book. Near airports and military bases, the FAA can limit how high a drone flies or require a request that can take days or weeks, and some cities, such as Del Mar, require their own drone permit. If your address needs more notice, or a drone can't fly there, we tell you right away and plan the shoot around it.
Do you work with teams and brokerages?
Yes. If you list often, ask us about pricing for recurring listings.
Video for your own brand
The Partner Program gives agents one planned shoot day a month for YouTube videos, short clips and branding photos, delivered ready to post.
