Photography and video for builders and developers
Builders and developers
Model homes, new communities and the shared spaces that help sell them. We photograph and film for sales offices, community websites, brochures and launch campaigns, and plan each shoot around your construction and merchandising schedule.
What we photograph, and where it is used
What we photograph
- Model homes and finished homes
- Clubhouses, pools, fitness rooms and lounges
- Aerial photos of the site and its surroundings
- Twilight exteriors
Where it’s used
- Sales offices and brochures
- Leasing and community websites
- Launch campaigns and social media

Planned around the build
Builder work runs on dates we do not set: when the models are merchandised, when the landscaping fills in, when the pool is filled and the clubhouse opens. We plan the shoot around those dates, and split it into visits when a community opens in phases.
Aerial photos and video show where the community sits and what is around it, from the coast or the hills to the parks and shopping nearby. Twilight exteriors show the street the way buyers see it on an evening visit.
What we plan for
Models, merchandised and lit
We photograph models once the design team has finished, with the interior lights balanced against the daylight so each room reads the way it does in person.
Amenities and shared spaces
Clubhouses, pools, fitness rooms and lounges are often what sets a community apart. We photograph them empty, and with people using them when you want that.
Phases and updates
When a community opens in phases, we come back for new models and amenities and match the look of the first shoot, so the website and the sales office stay current.

Questions from builders and developers
Can you photograph a community in phases?
Yes. Many communities are photographed over several visits as models and amenities are finished. We keep the angles, light and editing consistent from one visit to the next.
Can the interior designer or architect use the photos?
Yes. Usage is written into the proposal. If another company on the project wants to use the images, we arrange a license for them.
Can you fly a drone over the site?
Yes, where it is permitted. Our pilots are FAA Part 107 certified, and we check the airspace for each site and request authorization when it is needed.
How is builder work priced?
Per project, after a short call. The price depends on the number of homes and amenities, the shoot days and how the photos and video will be used.
